Starry Heaven for their scanlation of PQ Angels (their website is down but you can download all four chapters of the scanlation here). I'll add a link to their site when it's back online.
Alex Glover's Translations. Without whom I would never have created a PQ Angels fansite in the first place.

I thought there was already a PQ Angels fanlisting! I joined before!
At one point in time there indeed already was a PQ Angels fanlisting. It died off for whatever reason (these things often just happen). I saw that at TAFL there wasn't one, so I snapped it up. Unfortunately that means you have to join again if you already joined a now-defunct one. Sorry.
